Amarilli Direct supplies direct to the public worldwide. You can pay by credit card. Your purchase will be confirmed by E-mail. We normally dispatch within 24 hours (weekdays). Please view our dispatch page for any announcements regarding dispatches.

If you have any concerns, or think you might ahve made a mistake, want to change your mind and cancel the order, or just want to know what's happening, then all you need to do is contact us. We will be pleased to help and will refund your money if you are not satisfied.

How buying direct works

When you checkout you will be asked for details on secure connections by globecharge.com and Netbanx, our payment service provider. Confirmation E-mails will be sent to you by both Netbanx and Globecharge. Globecharge handles the order details and Netbanx handles the payment.

The Netbanx payment page is the online equivalent of a card swipe machine in a shop.The payment you make is to us, Amarilli Books, and a purchase agreement is immediately formed between you and us, in the normal way.  

Please note that currently we will only dispatch to the cardholder's address.
